InhibOx Code of Conduct

InhibOx is an ethical company.  

We quote only for projects once we have thoroughly examined the starting proposition and data.  We only accept those projects for which we strongly believe our approaches will add significant value to our customers’ research activities.  

We operate research services projects on a purely fee-for-service basis.  Our starting position is that our customers own all intellectual property rights arising from each project.  We are willing, however, to discuss shared-risk proposals for customers who would prefer a partnership approach.  We do not run our own in-house research projects – our customers are not subsidising our discovery activities!

We recognize customer confidentiality fully at all times and will not work with another client on the same target for a period of three years from the start of the project, to ensure that each of our customers enjoys commercial advantage from working with InhibOx.  This three-year period can be extended by mutual agreement at any point during the project, subject to agreement on terms.  And we don’t publicize the fact we have worked with you – unless you really want us to – and never without your written permission.
